Fareham SDA

In 2007, Buckland Development purchased options over land to the north of Junction 11 on the M27. We have since been working towards a joint venture with a large property owning financial institution to provide up to 8,000 new homes and supporting infrastructure, with 90,000 sq mt of business space within the Fareham Borough.

Ocean House

In Spring 2009, Buckland Development completed, on budget and on programme, the redevelopment of a 1980's building in the Segensworth area. The side comprises of over 14,000 square feet of office space and over 70 car parking spaces. This office has been successfully let to a single tenant.
